Here is a list of some of our favorite things! Feel Free to ask why
Food-
We use Purina Pro Plan with our dogs and have found it to work well. This is the specific one the puppies will be started on and we recommend they stay on it their entire life.
Should your puppy develop food issues we also highly recommend Royal Canin but please talk to us before changing.

Treats- For what its worth, Lennon can not handle sweet potato. I don’t know if her puppies will have the same problem but if you notice diarrhea you might check if there is sweet potato in the product
The cookie jars in our house are always filled with these *
When they are little we use these*
When they get a little bigger we use these*
When training in class we use string cheese or sometimes hot dog.
Bowls-These are the bowls we use everyday. We rinse out after breakfast and then put them in the dishwasher every night after dinner and they have held up great*
Slow Feeder insert- Many Goldens tend to start inhaling their food so we have found these are useful to slow them down a bit. They suction cup to the bowl and we wash them in the dishwasher each night.*
Chewing items-
We love these. Our dogs chew on them daily *
We have not had huge success with the puppies on these but you might have different results*
Red Barn makes the absolute best and freshest bully sticks. We usually buy these at the shows because this specific dealers is a huge show dog supporter and we want to support her but you can order from her and she will ship them to you.

RAWHIDE SHOULD NEVER BE OFFERED TO YOUR DOG
TENNIS BALLS CAN DO A LOT OF DAMAGE TO YOUR DOGS MOUTH AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM
However we do recommend

Training Supplies- We do not and will not ever condone the use of harnesses
When out and about we use slip leads on our dogs.

Cato Boards are a wonderful tool for training. They can be used for sit-stays, down stays, place training and so many other things*
Herm Springer choke chains are the absolute best- we find most of our dogs end up in 20” or 22” by the time they are full grown but you will have to go through some smaller ones while they grow*
These are great for training recalls*
Bumpers- These are excellent

Grooming supplies-
Puppy shampoo*
Excellent shampoo and they smell fantastic. This is what we use regularly on all of our dogs*
Crates-
We use Ruffland Crates in our cars and some in the house- most likely you will need a large but talk to us if you have questions
https://rufflandkennels.com/product-category/kennels/
All of our Rufflands have fans on them in the car too

In the house we also use these-AKA “Lennon’s Favorite” she has a 40” stationary, the 34” is the perfect size for Goldens though

Crate pads-
We usually buy soft crate pads when we are at shows but all our crates have primo pads in them and then soft cushy pads on top- there is a direct link to pads for Rufflands on their page if you have a Ruffland so you don’t have to worry about measurements
If we are lucky enough to be at a show where these guys are we love buying their crate pads and blankets

For The Girls
For the girls in season we use these “bloomers” with maxi pads. I believe you will need to email them to order

Poop-
Over the years we have been through so many different types of dog poop supplies. Here are some that have really done well
These cans are great because they don’t rust. I use compactor bags from Costco in them and empty every week.

My favorite scoop. These have lasted the longest for us. We also keep ours in a bucket with water and bleach when not in use*
